Modern micro BLDC motors utilize high-energy Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets. This allows us to manufacture motors with high torque density while maintaining extremely small form factors (as small as 18mm in diameter). This is a critical factor for Colombian manufacturers of personal care electronics, smart locks, and robotic systems where internal physical space is highly constrained.
For simple high-speed applications like blowers, vacuum cleaners, and hair dryers, sensorless BLDC control provides maximum reliability and lower system costs. However, for precision positioning applications—such as smart home locks, medical equipment, and security gates—our motors are equipped with integrated Hall Effect sensors or high-resolution encoders, providing precise angular feedback to the motor controller.
Operating in warm climates like Cali or coastal Barranquilla puts additional thermal strain on electromagnetic coils. Luv Motors designs optimized winding slots and uses premium high-temperature copper wiring rated for Class F (up to 155°C) and Class H (up to 180°C) insulation, ensuring consistent heat dissipation and preventing demagnetization under continuous high-load scenarios.
